Hireshare ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Hireshare Assist mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the App.

Hireshare Assist collects the following information during transactions:
- Customer signatures
- Customer details displayed during transactions
We do not collect device information or usage analytics.
Account Information
The App is used in conjunction with user accounts already created through our web-based application, Hireshare. Social login options are not supported.
Use of Information
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
- To facilitate transactions within the App
- To send emails to customers containing a copy of their contract
Data Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties.
Security of Data
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults within vehicle hire companies and is not directed at children under 13.

We will process your request and confirm once your data has been removed, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain certain records.
